The American manufacturer of cladding panels put in at London’s destroyed Grenfell Tower has been accused of defrauding traders in a new lawsuit.
The proposed category motion filed Thursday via Arconic shareholder Michael courageous alleges that the business didn’t thoroughly divulge the sale of “highly flammable” building materials that have been used to refurbish the doomed tower.
